5th Anniverasry -- Thursday January 26th, 2012
Today marks our anniversary we started 5 years ago today and we have now placed 280 animals in new homes, and we not only helped the dogs but placed a few cats, a mini horse, a goat, some ducks and a pot belly pig...
We have a facebook page and we are hoping that all of our past adopters will please post a picture of their adopted pet along with a short update, because we wish to remember this day with all of our successful adoptions! Thank you for your support!

Adoptions -- Wednesday July 6th, 2011
I have always said that people come into your life for a reason some stay and some move on... in rescue this is sooo true.
I have taken in more than 275 dogs in the last 4 years, and they have ALL passed thru my home.
I have done all but two adoptions and Adoption day is NOT a sad day for me, it is cause to celebrate, for we know that we have done our job well.
Do I feel sad that they will no longer be here, Nope!!!!
I am overjoyed that they have found a new family and a new life, almost like being re born...
Each dog came to us for a reason and each one has taught us valuable lessons or have helped us thru a crisis, or tested our strength.....
We took in two new dogs the day after my Father passed away, when most folks would have been grieving, I knew that caring for them would help me heal faster and they needed me as much as I needed them.....
So Adoption day is like having a birthday celebration for life, another one saved!
